Eligibility for Refunds
We accept refunds for unused, unwashed items that are returned in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of delivery.
Custom or personalized items cannot be refunded, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:

Wait for our confirmation and instructions for returning the item.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is damaged or defective.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your package.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

Damaged or Defective Items

We will provide instructions to return the item and issue a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.
